Trout Fishing Report 3D – 2018
Canoeing Rynda river.
We started the canoe trip at Torismann lake. The weather was nice and warm. There were not many insects hatching the first two days, but enough mayflies to give everybody fun dry fly fishing. The third day we had an enormous caddis hatch, with no fish rising. Even flies fished deep were rejected. On Tuesday evening we decided to move about 7 km downstream. On Wednesday the weather changed with winds and some rain. This gave us a very good day of dry fly fishing. The next couple of days the wind was very hard, but we still had good fishing. The total number of fish caught by 5 fishermen was 75, the largest 2,9 kg, wich is good for Rynda. Most of the fish were caught on dry flies.
The group consisted of Ole, Halvard, Per, Edvard and group leader Pål
