Power who was appointed Councillor (Sovetnik) to Governor Evdokimov in June, 2007 and reappointed for the second time to the same position by Governor Dmitrienko in June, 2009. The ASR is the world's first conservation area for Atlantic Salmon, Sea Trout & Wild Brown Trout and Arctic Char.
